• Gold - Our gold package includes total site maintenance including the option for hire/loan of equipment while your equipment is in for repair. The gold package offers 8 hour response time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with the option upgrade the support hours.
• Silver - Our silver package includes network, hardware and software support onsite, telephone and remote access support with an 8 hours response time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and a priorty over bronze package holders.
• Bronze - Our bronze package includes network, hardware and software maintenance via telephone and remote access support, with a response time of up to 8Hrs Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

These can be customised to meet your precise needs.
